We utilize an automated sawing system to cut the cants into the required stringer and board dimensions. Best in the business brands such as Pendu, Brewer and Brewco give us the ability to produce high volume, high quality material.
Lumber is delivered to Graber Pallet by local sawmills. When the lumber arrives, it is in the form of pallet “cants” or “flitches” that measure 4”x6”x8’ up to 6”x6”x14’.
The lumber is transported to the nailing area after it has been processed through the saw system. A separate building houses our nailing operations. A fully automated, computer controlled Viking Nailer assembles pallets of various sizes. An automatic stacker then stacks the pallets which can be stored inside our warehouses or outside on a concrete pad.
